I bought a living social voucher of $100 for 3 bikini laser treatments. While there would have been a long wait for my first consult like the other writer, they gave me a cancellation slot that got me in sooner. I was very disappointed at the consult - it was then that I found out the voucher covered the cheapest of 3 options & there was some pressure to upgrade by spending $800 or $1000 more! The reason I bought the voucher was to save money, these upgrades were way out of my price range. I went with the cheapest option (that the voucher covered) which I was told was just for a 2 inch wide area. I've had laser done on another area & it was very obvious for a few days after where the hair was being removed from. The woman who did my first treatment just dabbed the laser on a few spots and after my first appt here I can't even tell where hair has been removed. I'm very disappointed that I thought I was getting my bikini area lasered so I wouldn't have to shave here in the future, but such a small area was covered that the end result will not be anything close to what I thought I was paying for. more

I bought a deal from livingsocial for laser treatments. But the scheduling services are horrible! It seems like they accepted more customers than they can handle. Everyday is booked. So when I called for my first appointment, I had to wait for at least a month. And, when I couldn't make it to one of my appointments, and I had to wait another month to get another appointment. Really? I have to schedule appointments at least 3 months in advance, even then it's still hard to get the time that I want. On top of that, the scheduling rep was not friendly. sigh... more

I purchased a 3 visit special package for laser hair removal at the NW Women's show on March 4th. I was the first purchaser on their clipboard form the first day. I was told someone would call me right away to schedule my appointments. Weeks later-no phone calls. So, I tried calling them. It took me a week to get someone to answer the phone. The soonest I could come in was a full month later because they said they sold so many packages through an internet ad that they were slammed and overbooked and phones ringing off the hook. Well that is good for them and good for business unless it starts to cause you to lose business. Much like an airline that has oversold the tickets. I managed to get an appointment for May 20th but have to cancel that-my bad-a business trip has come up. I called to reschedule and the gal said she couldn't do it and took my phone number for Patty to call me back. Two days later still no phone call from Patty so I called again. This time I did not leave my number I asked when she would be in and called back again. Now, the next soonest appointment is June 29th. So, I pre-paid for my visits March 3rd and I am still trying to get in for my first appointment. At this point I shouldn't have to be begging for an appointment for something I already paid for a long time ago. If they have made any adjustments to handle the large volume of business they seem to have generated it is not evident as I shouldn't have to wait 9 weeks for a 30 minute lip treatment. I have requested a refund of my money and they have sent that request on and I have been told someone would call me. We will just have to see if that person calls me. If not, I will be back on the phone. Longevity has some really good reviews and I wish I could be able to actually experience it for myself but their scheduling and organization is driving me away and I will look for another place that wants my business. more

I heard about Longevity on the radio station and absolutely loved my experience there. Had a couple procedures done by Dorothy and just fell in love with this woman.. I enjoy my results and highly recommend hair removal and cellulite reduction in the abs area for any moms out there that are struggling with the baby pooch... Thank you Dorothy.. more

I would like to respond to last reviewer, I will for purposes of space be concise but you can see full discussion under ""comment"" section: I turned down about 75% of consults for medical reasons or b/c I feel the client needs a surgical procedure I will combine procedures for a discount (common practice) and if not safe to do all in one day I will complete over 2 days without increase cost, even though by doing so doubles my cost. If you don not have a ride/someone to stay with you I will not do the procedure I do one and only one procedure a day, even though I could do more as I don't want the client to feel rushed I do the consult/exam, there is no ""hard sell"" meeting with anyone I require less than 5% deposit to secure the date, most places require 50%, it is applied to cost of procedure I allow you to reschedule without penalty I do the ""numbing"" up, check vitals before and after procedure, not my assistant. You don't leave the office till I feel you can I am board certified in Internal Medicine with over 15 years experience, I have trained in this procedure/certified in it, the majority of physicians doing this office based procedure are not Plastic Surgeons, but I fully disclose my specialty and I have countless times referred potential clients to a surgeon if they prefer it or if I prefer it. My motivation is not and has never been money, my peers, my staff know this We indeed have great support staff! Come in and judge for yourself, thankyou! more

My husband wanted to treat me to some Laser hair removal for my 30th birthday! I finally don?t have to pluck any more!!! I have? no had a wicked uni-brow that I had to pluck all the time. I live in Seattle but decided to go to Longevity Medical Clinic in Kirkland because it was in a doctor?s office and I felt confident that they would do a great job. They did I would suggest this to anyone who is tired of plucking or waxing! more

Dr C is performing in-office lipo procedures with one motivating factor: MONEY! She is NOT a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. She is an internal medicine doctor and is more interested in making money than she is in good patient care. Pros: Front office staff is wonderful Cons: Dr C is rude, unprofessional and primarly money driven! more
