I bought a deal from livingsocial for laser treatments. But the scheduling services are horrible! It seems like they accepted more customers than they can handle. Everyday is booked. So when I called for my first appointment, I had to wait for at least a month. And, when I couldn't make it to one of my appointments, and I had to wait another month to get another appointment. Really? I have to schedule appointments at least 3 months in advance, even then it's still hard to get the time that I want. On top of that, the scheduling rep was not friendly. sigh...
