Review content:
I purchased a 3 visit special package for laser hair removal at the NW Women's show on March 4th. I was the first purchaser on their clipboard form the first day. I was told someone would call me right away to schedule my appointments. Weeks later-no phone calls. So, I tried calling them. It took me a week to get someone to answer the phone. The soonest I could come in was a full month later because they said they sold so many packages through an internet ad that they were slammed and overbooked and phones ringing off the hook. Well that is good for them and good for business unless it starts to cause you to lose business. Much like an airline that has oversold the tickets. I managed to get an appointment for May 20th but have to cancel that-my bad-a business trip has come up. I called to reschedule and the gal said she couldn't do it and took my phone number for Patty to call me back. Two days later still no phone call from Patty so I called again. This time I did not leave my number I asked when she would be in and called back again. Now, the next soonest appointment is June 29th. So, I pre-paid for my visits March 3rd and I am still trying to get in for my first appointment. At this point I shouldn't have to be begging for an appointment for something I already paid for a long time ago. If they have made any adjustments to handle the large volume of business they seem to have generated it is not evident as I shouldn't have to wait 9 weeks for a 30 minute lip treatment. I have requested a refund of my money and they have sent that request on and I have been told someone would call me. We will just have to see if that person calls me. If not, I will be back on the phone. Longevity has some really good reviews and I wish I could be able to actually experience it for myself but their scheduling and organization is driving me away and I will look for another place that wants my business.
