Bella Vita is an extraordinary salon! I love my stylist Jen Shugrue! They take the time to greet you and truly service you. The entore staff does a fantastic job! Jen is hip, and up to date with current styles and makes excellent recommendations. I highly recommend her and the salon. more

Everything Always Comes Out Perfect! 10/21/2010

I've been going to Bella Vita for over a year now (when my previous stylist transferred there) and I have had a wonderful experience there every time I've come. They have millions of spa treatments, waxing options, hair styling, mani-pedis, and make-up options. They have a wall full of the best products for hair and skin, and the staff always makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Go to Nicole if you want a great haircut! more

I went for my first manicure and pedicure and loved it. It was so relaxing and the staff was friendly. Kim Gilboard did a fantastic job on my nails. I will definately go back and I am telling everyone I know to go there. more

"Wow" where should I begin. You walk through the door and you are greeted by the pleasant and friendly staff at the desk. They are very friendly and go out of there way to assist you.\r I have been going to this salon for a couple yrs now and I just love it. My stylist Lisa is just one of a kind for me. When you find someone that can do your hair as you want it and explain it then she for keeps. Very friendly and you feel like you have been friends with her for so long....she is willing to go out of her way for you and offer any ideas she may. \r I have had numerous manicure and pedicures and they are outstanding and the staff makes you very confortable and makes it worth every penny. \r This salon is worth checking out! more

Superior customer care! Caring,experienced staff!!! 7/15/2009

I absolutley ADORE Bella Vita! Many times a staff member has come in when they are not on the schedule just for me! I am always greeted as soon as I walk through the door, and on Sat.'s they offer mimosas! I have had nearly every service done there and every single time the staff was exceptionally friendly and considerate! They are not snobby or rude as I have experienced in other places, and they really listen. You can tell that they really care about how you feel, and the eminance products are amazing! I had a massage that was the best I ever had-the pressure was perfect and instead of rushing me out the door and onto the next client, she showed me to the relaxation area with a fireplace and cozy seating and let me drink my tea and take my time. When I had my hair done for a special event I was thoroughly consulted as to what I was looking for and I felt like she went above and beyond! Massage experience 6/3/2009

I went to Bella Vita in North Andover on May 29, 2009 for a massage. I have to say that it was the worst massage I have ever had. It was on a whim so I thought I would give Bella Vita a try. I get a lot of massages all over the area. I figured that since they charge $75.00 for a 50 min massage and $85.00 for a deep tissue that it would have to be pretty good. Was I wrong! It felt as if the person had never given a massage before. I asked for more attention on my neck since it was a little stiff. All she did was extra soft strokes on the neck and no stretches, even though I asked if she could incorporate some in the massage. I thought she was on her own agenda and did not pay attention to my needs. She never even asked if the pressure was ok. When I asked for deeper pressure she upgraded me what she calls to a deep tissue massage. If you want to call using your elbow back and forth a deep tissue massage. Very Classy! 8/27/2008

I have been going to this Salon for a few years, even before they moved into the little strip mall. It's an amazing place. Now, in their new location, it's much bigger and more modern on the inside. It's no more pricey than any other professional salon.\r I have been seeing Jen, and she is just wonderful with hair! She knows the up and up, is excellent with color, and is very professional. \r My husband loves my hair after I see her! more

Great aesteticians, not so great hair. 8/13/2008

Perfect Salon for wedding party 7/23/2008

I was in charge of finding a salon to do wedding day hair for my sister-in-law's bridal party (myself included). I had never been to Bella Vita before, so I was going into it a bit blind, and wow did we luck out. Everything about Bella Vita was fabulous.First of all, the salon itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. I worked with Jane, one of the receptionists, before hand to make sure everything was in order, and she was extremely helpful. When we arrived we were shown to the "tranquility room" where we could just chill, eat breakfast (that we brought in), and relax while we waited for our turn to get our hair done. The room was comfy and beautiful. And of course, most importantly, everyone loved their hair, bride included. We had three different stylists and they all did a fabulous job. It was exactly the salon experience you would want on a wedding day. Pros: Beautiful, friendly staff, great updos Cons: None that I encountered more

High employee turnover makes appointments a hassle 6/6/2008

I've gone to this Salon four times now and for three times the stylist with whom I had made my next appointment had quit by the time I came in. What is very upsetting is that when I call to confirm my appointment they never tell me my stylist is no longer working there, instead they wait until I come in and then they tell me and nonchalantly hand me off to some stranger, who is just a junior stylist in training, for all I know! I want someone who can get to know me and my likes/dislikes, someone I can trust to do a consistent good job my hair. Is very frustrating so beware of this problem if you plan to try this Salon. more

hair care and more 9/4/2005

I really like this salon. It is in a small strip mall with other business, and there is plenty of parking. I have had my nails done there, a spiral perm, ped, facial and wedding updo. The staff there are really professional and do a great job with your hair. I have always been very pleased. They are a little pricey there - last time I had a spiral and cut - 280.00. But the quality is terrific. It is a very comfortable place - the day spa area is very nice too. I only go to this salon and have recommended it to others and they have also had a great experience there. more
