I've gone to this Salon four times now and for three times the stylist with whom I had made my next appointment had quit by the time I came in. What is very upsetting is that when I call to confirm my appointment they never tell me my stylist is no longer working there, instead they wait until I come in and then they tell me and nonchalantly hand me off to some stranger, who is just a junior stylist in training, for all I know! I want someone who can get to know me and my likes/dislikes, someone I can trust to do a consistent good job my hair. Is very frustrating so beware of this problem if you plan to try this Salon. more
