Getting into a hot foot soak then a toasty bed on a snowy day was heaven. Joanna massage was top notch. She consulted with me and hit sore areas on my feet. My only complaint would be it ended to soon. Next time, I will go for the hour and a half. more

The whole company philosophy is positive and the company also believes in 'giving back' to the community. And I always love the job they do on my hair and nails! more

Oh my goodness-I love my new cut and style!!! I came in to have Monique cut my hair for the first time. I expressed that my hair was feeling old, round and like a helmet. She immediately pulled out pictures for me to look at that showed she not only heard what I said, but that she also had a vision for what to do. I am thrilled with the outcome and was so comfortable with the entire experience. If Michele can't cut my hair, then I'm thrilled with Monique doing it!!! Yeah for me!!! more

Great haircut 1/9/2012

My hairdresser worked with me to decide what I really wanted. Alongside this she did a great job cutting my hair and was enjoyable to talk to throughout the experience. All and all I'd say I had a great experience, alike all my others to this place. more

RESPONSE TO SURVEY 1/8/2012

Shannan is a delight and works to try to please. I'm very happy with her. However, the shop overall does not cater to returning customers. The shop is always discounting and did so on the day I was there for an appointment made just on that day, but since I plan ahead and return to give you new business, I don't get the discount. Haven't you ever seen the bank advertisment that is critized for only trying to get in new clients? You have the rewards in the wrong area. Also, I can never see the true color of my highlights or roots in the shop. The lighting is very poor. There is no individual privacy in the shop and very noisy when there is more than two clients present. more
