Review content:
Shannan is a delight and works to try to please. I'm very happy with her. However, the shop overall does not cater to returning customers. The shop is always discounting and did so on the day I was there for an appointment made just on that day, but since I plan ahead and return to give you new business, I don't get the discount. Haven't you ever seen the bank advertisment that is critized for only trying to get in new clients? You have the rewards in the wrong area. Also, I can never see the true color of my highlights or roots in the shop. The lighting is very poor. There is no individual privacy in the shop and very noisy when there is more than two clients present.
