Processing Room 2/3/2012

Another client had some sort of electronic device with an annoying and loud sound that was played the whole time I was in the room. Couldn't wait to get to the shampoo bowl. Most unpleasant experience ever. Would have preferred my much needed "quiet" time. The situation needs to be addressed. more

Fabulous experience! 2/3/2012

Bella Capelli is just down the street from my house but I had never been there and I was so glad I did!!! My husband bought me a gift certificate so I had a massage and some waxing done. It is a very warm and inviting environment! The staff is very friendly and accomodating! And very reasonably priced. I have already made my next appt. for my hair!! more

Professionalism from check in to check out. Excellent customer service at front desk and of course the BEST nail salon. Alice, Ashley, Lisa and Jackie are all fabulous, always on schedule and make you feel special everytime I am there from a nail polish change to the works...It is my social outing of the week! more

Partial Highlight with Lindsey 1/31/2012

Lindsey is wonderful. I have never had such consistent results with highlighting and Lindsey has highlighted my hair for about 1 1/2 years approx. In the past when I would visit a salon I never knew what to expect and would be worried. I never worry about the results with Lindsey because she is great at her job. She is also so very friendly and when you sit down with her she is always very professional and nice. I would not allow anyone else to touch my coloring. more

Wonderful Salon 1/30/2012

I've been going to Bella Capelli for 7 years. I don't usually book in advance so I take whoever is available and I never worry because all the stylists that I have had were great. However, on my last cut I had Sarah who not only gave me a great cut but was very friendly. I will try to book with her from now on! more

I have been looking for a new hair dresser that was a little closer to my house for awhile now. I have been all over rocky river and have not found anyone. A co-worker suggested maya. Boy was she right! My hair is amazing! more

I have been a client since the before the beginning and have always left the salon a happier woman. The front desk staff are always so polite, pleasant and accommodating. The stylist's work speaks for itself. All in all, it is relaxing, comforting, a sheer pleasure every time. more

Excellent Cut 1/28/2012

Ryan as always provided me with an excellent cut that I love. I always notice and appreciate how much time she spends perfecting the look. I think it was Mary Ann who did my wash while Ryan worked with another client, and she belongs in the hall of fame - it was fabulous. My only complaint - the lights in the salon make me look so sallow its impossible to fully appreciate all the work that everyone has done. more
