Hot Water Heater 7/6/2012

I thought I needed a new hot water heater due to water around the bottom. When Chuck Watts came he showed me that it was the valve that needed replacement not the whole unit. I would recommend Bell Plumbing to anyone that needed service. more

Excellent communication and service 7/6/2012

Service repair individual communicated well regarding scope of repair and estimated cost. He completed the job in a quick and efficient manner and left the area clean and without any sign of disturbance. He was cordial and answered questions in a manner that was easily understood. Certainly appreciated his service and presence! more

Took two visits to identify the problem 6/28/2012

Kurt visited my home to identify and repair a whining noise that occurred when certain faucets, sprinklers or toilets were discharging water. He initially identified the problem as the Pressure Reduction Valve and installed a new one. We noticed no more noises that day. The next morning, the noises were back. I called Bell and Kurt returned promptly. Further investigation revealed the source of the noise to be the water meter. He then referred me to the city water department who are coming tomorrow. Kurt was very pleasant and thoughtful on both occasions and seemed totally dedicated to solving my problem. more

Very good, professional, completed job 6/26/2012

Bell Plumbing called ahead of time. Wayne the repair man arrived on time, reviewed the problem, replaced parts, continued to troubleshoot, fixed the A/C. Very pleased with explanation, work, and professionalisn from Wayne and Bell Plumbing. more

Wayne was running somewhat ahaead of schedule and called to tell me when he could arrive and that was very helpful to my schedule. He was very professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very informative about the nature of the repair. more

GREAT! 6/20/2012

Bill Pataluna arrived a little early (fine), was very knowledgable, and extreemely flexible (able to handle the situation when when things didn't go as planned and he had to install a new faucet rather than put a kit in the old one). I realize that you pay a premium when using Bell Plumbing but find that the extra cost is often well worth it. more

I am very happy with the customer service from Bell. The service was great at each visit. Pricing could be better for repeat customers. I do not feel I received $440 worth of service however. more

Had technician over to fix a leaking pipe and garbage disposal. All work was completed in less than 30 minutes. Plus they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Very happy with service. more
