Kurt visited my home to identify and repair a whining noise that occurred when certain faucets, sprinklers or toilets were discharging water. He initially identified the problem as the Pressure Reduction Valve and installed a new one. We noticed no more noises that day. The next morning, the noises were back. I called Bell and Kurt returned promptly. Further investigation revealed the source of the noise to be the water meter. He then referred me to the city water department who are coming tomorrow. Kurt was very pleasant and thoughtful on both occasions and seemed totally dedicated to solving my problem. more
