Dion Quaratino was on time, went about his work in a professional manner and was extremely courteous and friendly. Mr. Quaratino explained the work he performed and cleaned up whatever mess that had been made. I've used Bell Home Solutions numerous times in the past and once again they took care of me with next day service. Five stars for this service today. more

Todd Sweet's service 9/24/2015

Todd did and excellent job. Called out on after house and when he could not complete the work due to clogged main shut off valve he provided business card and asked that I requested him to come back and complete the job once the valve was cleaned out. When he did not hear back within 24 hours he did a follow-up call. He provided excellent timely service. I would certainly request him for future plumbing needs. more

Overpriced 12/16/2014

I needed to replace the FURNACE IGNITOR OEM PART 62-22868-93 cost 22.95 on amazon- The technician showed up to the house replaced the part 388.00 for 15 minutes of work, the last time I had them replace the ignitor it cost me 266.00. He wanted to service the furnace, but that was extra. I'm from Cleveland and their the crooks use a pistol and a ski mask when they rob you. When you call for service with Bell Plumbing and Heating make sure you get an hourly rate on your project, prior to them responding. more
