Bell Brother's Carpet Cleaning 8/10/2016

Vahan came to our house a few minutes early to our appointment and was very professional and friendly. We chatted for a while, and then he went to work! He explained everything he was doing, helping me understand what was happening. He then gave advice for how to better care for our carpets. Cannot say enough about him and the company - they were excellent! Would recommend to all my friends and family. more

rug cleaning 7/20/2016

I heard an ad for bell rug cleaning services on Phil Cowans shows on 1380 the answer. I have two small dogs and what spiked my interest was there are no soap items used that could make my dogs socks. Vahan came out looked at the job, quoted a price with a senior discount to boot. He arrived on time ,clean, and dressed professionally and spoke great English. In a bit more than 2 hours had our mobile homes rug looking almost new.. He did a great job and showed a lot of enthusiasm for his work. He thoroughly explained the process for the products he used. Bell Home Services 6/30/2016

Stewart Bowers was here yesterday to clean my carpet. He did it last year as well. Excellent job both times. I use Bell Bros Heating and Air and Bell Bros Pest Control as well as carpet cleaning. Great service from all 3. Thomas is wonderful for my Pest control. more

Aside from being knowledgeable and efficient, Brady has great communication skills and is always pleasant to work with. He even tolerates my squeamishness at the critters he deals with. Today is was big, ugly cockroaches under the house which he efficiently dealt with. Thanks Brady. more

Quick, Professional, and Clean! 4/29/2016

I scheduled Bell Pest Company to clean my carpets and they were available on short notice due to a cancellation. Stewart arrived on time, was nice and professional, and explained every detail of the service to me before he began. He worked quickly and was done within a few hours for my 1300 sq. ft. house. He didn't try to sell me any additional services, which was nice - just did his work, thanked me and left. The cost was lower than other companies I'd called for quotes, and I was overall very satisfied with the results. more

Please read the fine prints before signing anything. People you may want to think twice before signing.First off I would like to say this has got to be the worst customer services experience I've had with any company. Every time I calls I have to speak with someone name Nancy. She has always had a nasty attitude. I've been with this company for over 7 years and always pay for my services on time. She stated that I basically had my service for free. If I had my service for free I would like all the 7years for payment return to me. I work hard for my money and I don't get anything for free. I have statements to prove that I pay all my services on time. I don't appreciate someone telling me I get my stuff for free when I'm paying for it. She made it like they didn’t need my services. She told me that I would not find any one better than them. It’s not me losing, it’s them losing a customer and their reputation. Check all their reviews. They do this to all their customers. more

No Pests 4/8/2016

Living in an older, well developed garden area of Sacramento we hired Bell Pest Control to handles any and all bug or rat, etc problems that may develop. Brady K. has been our technician from beginning. He always makes contact to make sure if there are any new or continuing problems. Our flea attack was one last year. He took care of it in one service after I called in an emergency situation. Pur ac could not be worked on because fleas were in mass around it. Because of his recommendation we utilized another of their services: rug cleaning. An expert job. Would not hesitate to recommend. Good value for price. more
