I am very pleased with the experience. The process took about three hours. Vahan was very friendly, courteous and professional.
I hadn't professionally cleaned the carpets in seven years and there were numerous stains from pets, children and accidents. Vahan was able to remove all the stains. I was particularly surprised that he was able to remove the stains from the bathroom carpet (24 years old) that a previous carpet cleaner had been unable to remove. The results exceeded my expectations.
I had removed most things from the rooms before Vahan arrived, but some heavy or awkward furniture remained. I moved those large items so he could clean behind them and was prepared to move them back during the cleaning. Vahan moved things back nicely without being asked. He made sure that the legs of the furniture were protected.
I received good value from the service. Because this was my first time with Bell for cleaning (I use them for pest control), I received the master bedroom free. I opted to have an upholstered chair cleaned also (and Vahan cleaned an additional chair without charge). He also provided me some cleaning solution for accidents.
In summary, I was pleased by the experience and will use them again. The only drawback is that because they use water, it can take a long time for the carpets to dry completely and some rooms with less air flow still felt damp until the following day (Vahan provided shoe covers for us to use for that late afternoon). But that was a small tradeoff for making my carpets look and feel brand new.
