I scheduled Bell Pest Company to clean my carpets and they were available on short notice due to a cancellation. Stewart arrived on time, was nice and professional, and explained every detail of the service to me before he began. He worked quickly and was done within a few hours for my 1300 sq. ft. house. He didn't try to sell me any additional services, which was nice - just did his work, thanked me and left. The cost was lower than other companies I'd called for quotes, and I was overall very satisfied with the results.
