Dennis Hettich (our regular service rep & always calls to let us know he is coming) has been a great help in trying to help get rid of the rats we had been seeing in our garage and our patio. He has made numerous trips to our house and set several bait traps. He came a few times the first couple of weeks and when we were getting no results and kept trying other options. He also called in his boss when we still had no results. I have not seen any rats scurrying out of the garage when I open it to leave in the morning.He has been GREAT and Bell should be proud to have such a great employee. He's a "5"
