Beleza Medspa

Buyer beware. I was searching for breast augmentation and simple liposuction for my wife online and came across Dr. Broder at beleza med spa. He seemed to have many good reviews. However, reading them should have clued me in that the good reviews where only good for his assistants, and only for non-surgical procedures??\r \r We went for the consult and saw very few before and after procedures, and learned that Dr. Broder ONLY does ""natural breast augmentation"" even thought he comes up when you google breast augmentation and he even has breast augmentation thru the belly button (when we were most interested in b/c the lack of any scars) video on his web site but he doesn't do it??? \r \r So we went else where for her breast augmentation, but did here lipo with Dr. Broder at Beleza due to the price. Her results have big, huge divots. It truly was scary!!!\r We never saw Dr. Broder again. His assistants just kept telling us that it was ""uneven swelling"". We went with someone else and 2 surgeries later her legs are looking less deformed. \r \r It turns out that Dr. Broder is only a family doctor, and was a ""flight surgeon"" , what ever that means, for a year???? He's a sham!! I feel he is a slick advertiser but can't give the results he promises and is a threat to the women of Austin!\r \r How can he be allowed to be in medicine and doing what he is doing? He has no credentials to do the stuff he is doing?? I wish I had done better research, we will never step foot in beleza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I was referred to Beleza from a friend, and purchased a Groupon for services. I received Photofacial and LHR from Christal Cureington and she was AWESOME! She was so personal, friendly and professional. It wasn't my first Photofacial but it was hands down the best..I'm a fan from here on out, and will only go to Beleza. I higly recommend Christal's services, and Beleza at Riverplace. Thanks Ladies :) more

Visit the one in Round Rock 2400 S I-35 #35 and Nancy is awesome and always does a fabulous job. People have asked what I have had done because my face looks so much younger from the DOT Therapy. LOVE IT!!!!!! more

Why is Stefany at the Central Koenig location awesome? She is experienced, knowledgeable, caring and non-judgmental. I had the microdermabrasion procedure followed by an enzyme peel. Yow! Frankly, it was an intimate situation where trust had to be quickly assessed and rendered to a total stranger to invade your personal space. It takes someone with strong interpersonal skills to ease anxieties with confidence and understanding. Stefany did a stellar job. Of course, I’ll return when finances permit. Many thanks. more

I have been to the Koenig location quite a few times now. My first visit I used a Groupon and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. They are very friendly and professional. I have always been happy with their services - facial work and eyebrow and lash tinting, and Latisse Rx. I will be a regular customer as long as I live here. How nice to wake up and not need mascara! Great for a traveler like me. They always follow up to see how I am doing. That's cool. more

I purchased a Groupon to Beleza Med Spa - which coulda been a crapshoot - but turned out to be an excellent investment. I originally went to the new location on S. 1st & then to the WestLake loca on Bee caves. Both facilities were very clean, well-appointed, & pleasant - but the staff was outstanding. I had never had a peel before and had a bit of trepidation about the procedure. Iris was very professional & knowledgable - but also charming & caring & made me feel at ease. It was fantastic! She also had some great suggestions for me on other improvements, and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be going back to see Iris & recommending both her & Beleza to my friends!!! more

This is the the place to go! Very professional service; Amber is top notch! She is a master with the needle. Very little discomfort and incredible results. I have been to almost all of the locations and the service is excellent. The HCG with Courtney was the easy diet ever producing exceptional results. I coould be more happy. I will be doing more to improve myself with Beleza Med Spa. I highly recommend! Love it! more

Beleza Medspa is by far the best Medspa in Austin! I've tried multiple spas because of the daily deals like groupon and living social, but nothing compares to Beleza. The staff is very friendly and educated. I see Stephanie for my facials/skin care and my skin has never looked better! I also get Botox/Dysport done at the Beleza and their technique (because of their training), is the best place to go!!! They listen to your needs and accommodate them. They never try to "upsell" you. I highly recommend going to a Medspa versus just a spa, and Beleza IS the best Medspa around! more

Kelli Harrison at Beleza is fantastic at Botox and Juvederm. Honestly, she has the eye of an artist... very detail oriented, but with flair! Being a nurse, I think she really has a better understanding of the entire process. I have been to other places (4) and I am happier the results at Beleza than any other locale. I have had less than optimal results in the past -think fish/duck lips. Thankfully the outcome is a beautiful, fuller, and very natural look. Oh, and NO pain. I was shocked. No need for a dental block with her gentle hand. Also, I had limited funds and she helped me choose the best areas where the fillers should go for optimal effect. Austin, and Beleza, are very fortunate to have someone of her skill level. Pros: Clean, easy location, friendly Cons: None more

I went to the Beleza on Koenig Lane for Botox. Kelli Harrison (a registered nurse) did the best work I have ever experienced. My face moves naturally - but the wrinkles are all gone :). Big discount for Botox on Tuesdays. I asked her about enhancing my terribly thin lips - they disappar when I smile and because of that I have always hated my smile. But I am afraid of ending up with weird, celebrity duck-lips, and I figured the cost was prohibitive. But at Beleza, the cots is 1/10th what friends of mine have paid - and Kelli could accomodate me right then and there, so I went for it! Honestly - the change blows me away every day. She just did a beautiful job - and explained everything she was doing and why the entire time. My only problem was trying to laugh all the way through the procedure (she is very funny). Beleza has more than reasonable rates - I have paid a lot more for work done by people who were NOT RNs) - but more importantly, Kelli is an artist with this stuff. I had my facial done there and very happy with it. My skin feels so clean and looks great after that. I had some discoloration on my skin and I consulted her on how to treat it. She recommended the product. I've been using it and it works like magic. My discoloration almost gone after 2 weeks of treatment. I also consulted her on the eye wrinkles I have, she recommended the eye product. I've been using it and notice the wrinkled get faded. She is very knowledgable. I have the best skin ever. Pros: Great service, great products, knowledgable staff. Cons: It's too far from where I live. I only visited Austin for the holidays. I wish it was in Orlando. more

I have many microdermabrasions from doctors offices and facials from hotels and resorts. This is by far the best facial and microdermabrasion that I have ever gotten. I love the cozy, warm, and inviting atmosphere. The people are very caring and friendly. more

From the beautiful and clean surroundings to the excellence of the staff, this is a cut above most places I have had facials and a far better value than what you get at toney day spas. My aesthetician was also a certified massage therapist and she incorporated massage into the facial for a thoroughly relaxing experience. Give this place a try. I guarantee you will be impressed. They use the best quality botanically based products (I like Decleor) and my face was glowing when I left! Pros: Clean, clean, clean! Cons: None that I could find. more
