I went to the Beleza on Koenig Lane for Botox. Kelli Harrison (a registered nurse) did the best work I have ever experienced. My face moves naturally - but the wrinkles are all gone :). Big discount for Botox on Tuesdays.
I asked her about enhancing my terribly thin lips - they disappar when I smile and because of that I have always hated my smile. But I am afraid of ending up with weird, celebrity duck-lips, and I figured the cost was prohibitive. But at Beleza, the cots is 1/10th what friends of mine have paid - and Kelli could accomodate me right then and there, so I went for it! Honestly - the change blows me away every day. She just did a beautiful job - and explained everything she was doing and why the entire time. My only problem was trying to laugh all the way through the procedure (she is very funny). Beleza has more than reasonable rates - I have paid a lot more for work done by people who were NOT RNs) - but more importantly, Kelli is an artist with this stuff.
