Review content:
This is by far the worst place of brassiness i have ever delt with. They lie and say whatever you want to hear to make the sale but then just go back on everything they say when its time to buy. I was promised that i would get my furniture 2 days after purchase, but then when i went to buy it on the same day they said I will not be able to get it delivered a whole week and a half after. They tell me that they would get it to me b/t 12 and 4 so i took off of work to receive my furniture and it never came, called back and someone did not schedule my delivery. When I called back to inquire on this, I was told that it is not their responsibility and gave me a very bad attitude. I don't understand how a business can have something in writing, mess up on what they promised and then claim they have no responsibility of anything. I will never buy from bell furniture and will make sure to point out to everyone I know not to ever do bossiness with
