Beechwood Villa Apartments

It wasn't this bad a few years ago.. But so much drug use. Pep just throw garbage everywhere.. TG Candy is no longer here. Im on disability.. Didn't do anything to deserve livin in a ""Prison Camp"" we have 2 fight off druggies, being assulted, bed bugs, roaches.. I keep my apart CLEAN..But some pep here don't know the meaning of the word ""Clean"" glad I have a place 2 live but don't understand why we have to live in these conditions.. Worked my whole life for this? more

I have seen drugs being bought and sold in both buildings, found needles all around and drunks sit outside the main doors living it up and bumming all sorts of things from money to cigarettes from all that enter the buildings... I'm just getting back on my feet and really am grateful for the help but if I had it to do over, I would stay with friends or in a hotel. And not to mention, Candy the manager tends to *hang* with other peoples better half secretly! This is more like a bar and not so safe feeling! Ok heres the deal it is a great place to live and I love my apt, its very nice and all but I am tired of the management. There is new Managers and they really just dont respect you or your things. They have came in my apt. 4 times w no notice and told me to deal w it! They even tryed to come in my apt on a sunday during the blackout w the key and I was sitting right there and I didnt even have a chance to get up and answer the door! more

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TEN YEARS AND AM VERY HAPPY.THE STAFF AND MAINTANANCE TREAT ME WELL.SEEM'S THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO AREN'T HAPPY ARE THE ONE'S WHO ARE CAUSING THE PROBLEM'S.YES WE ARE NOW UNDER NEW OWNER'S AND THEY PLAN ON UPGRADING ALL THE APARTMENT'S AND THE GROUND'S.SO GIVE THEM A BREAK,TREAT YOUR NEIBORS WELL AND HOPE THEY DO THE SAME.THERE ARE A FEW PROBLEMS BUT ALL COMPLEX'S HAVE THAT.WE HAVE SOME BAD TENET'S AND I HOPE THEY STEP UP AND GET RID OF THE TROUBLE MAKE'S.ME MYSELF ,I AM CONTENT. You Know i understand and I am very gratefull they are doing the upgrades. But I feel like I have no privacy. I just hope they will be done soon. The other thing I wanted to complain about is I tried to share some coupons. They wouldn't ley me put them in the office, so I put them in the laundry room. They were thrown out. Yeah I picked them out of the garbage... I put them in an envolope and put them on the cork board in the laundry room. I put a not asking that they do not throw them away. If they do that I asked they be returned to me. I put my apt # on the note. They got thrown away again. I guess if you get help with your rent you aren't allowed to use coupons... much less try to help anybody else. I don't iunderstand Why???? With grocery prices and everything? Are we not allowed to help each other? Or is it that once your here, you stay here. Most people here don't have much money or anything else. What's wrong with trying to help one another. Is it against HUD rules or something?? I guess if your poor, then they sure do try to make sure you stay that way. Pros: Close to stores, Interstate, Nice surrounding area, neighborhood Cons: Everything else more

Not a good place to live I would not live there again.Office staff is not good and seems unknowlagable about how to maintain a good place to live. They also appear to be non-compationate to peoples needs.The out side areas look very dirty, and the parking lots are used by people who are not supposed to be there,and most lights dont work.This is not a nice comfortable place to live.The local police department is there often, and for good cause. Pros: close to highway and stores Cons: not worth wasting time on more
