You Know i understand and I am very gratefull they are doing the upgrades. But I feel like I have no privacy. I just hope they will be done soon. The other thing I wanted to complain about is I tried to share some coupons. They wouldn't ley me put them in the office, so I put them in the laundry room. They were thrown out. Yeah I picked them out of the garbage... I put them in an envolope and put them on the cork board in the laundry room. I put a not asking that they do not throw them away. If they do that I asked they be returned to me. I put my apt # on the note. They got thrown away again. I guess if you get help with your rent you aren't allowed to use coupons... much less try to help anybody else. I don't iunderstand Why???? With grocery prices and everything? Are we not allowed to help each other? Or is it that once your here, you stay here. Most people here don't have much money or anything else. What's wrong with trying to help one another. Is it against HUD rules or something?? I guess if your poor, then they sure do try to make sure you stay that way.
