DON'T EVER RENT HERE!!! This place is LOUD, the manager is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and MEAN and things don't get fixed properly. Don't EVER think about getting your security deposit back. Listen to the negative comments below. The only positive comment was probably made by the manager herself. Look elsewere, but DON'T, DON'T EVER RENT HERE! You'll regret it! more

I had a wonderful experience at Beechwood Manor Apartments! I've lived in many apartments in the last few years, and this is the best maintained I've ever had! Cindy was friendly and easy to work with, and checked on us now and then, which was really thoughtful! She had our small maintenance problems looked after within 24 hours ANY time we dropped off a maintenance slip. She has also been upgrading the apartments, so things are freshly painted (inside and out!), and fixtures work well. Her handy man is friendly and respectful. This is a GREAT location: right between 4-5 hubs, near the mall, and the airport, and 2-3 blocks from 2 major highway systems (290 and 90) and yet so quiet! This is NOT a party-inclined complex. We NEVER heard our neighboors, but they are all friendly when you pass outside. The neighboors nearest us had been there a long time, and also loved the place. The design of the complex made me and my roommate (both females) feel safe, because the parking lot is surrounded by the faces of the buildings - so things are mostly out in the open, and well lit. more

I wish I had seen the previous reviews before I moved into this complex! Cindy, the complex manager, is the sweetest lady....until you sign the lease. And then watch out!! It is difficult to put into words how extremely rude and unprofessional she is. Why she feels that she can scream at tenants and insult their intelligence is mind-boggling to me. She is completely incapable of normal communication, is very entitled, and believes that she is a gift to tenants - so any issue you may have is YOUR fault, not hers! Don't be fooled by the pleasant apartments in this complex - they are not worth dealing with someone like her!! more

I COMPLETELY AGREE with the NEGATIVE reviews. It is COMPLETELY ACCURATE. NEVER have I been treated to or spoken to in such a disrepectful manor as I have been by the ""woman"" who ""claims"" to run this property. more

the woman that manages the poperty is the most unprofessional disrespectful woman i have ever dealt with. dont be fooled by the front she puts on during origonal interviews. take the $700+/m rent and give it to a development that cares about you and your families well being. i rate 1 out of 5 solely on her lack of respect and professionalism. this was by far the biggest mistake i have ever made Pros: that my lease is almost over Cons: managment/ maitnence more
