I had a wonderful experience at Beechwood Manor Apartments! I've lived in many apartments in the last few years, and this is the best maintained I've ever had! Cindy was friendly and easy to work with, and checked on us now and then, which was really thoughtful! She had our small maintenance problems looked after within 24 hours ANY time we dropped off a maintenance slip. She has also been upgrading the apartments, so things are freshly painted (inside and out!), and fixtures work well. Her handy man is friendly and respectful. This is a GREAT location: right between 4-5 hubs, near the mall, and the airport, and 2-3 blocks from 2 major highway systems (290 and 90) and yet so quiet! This is NOT a party-inclined complex. We NEVER heard our neighboors, but they are all friendly when you pass outside. The neighboors nearest us had been there a long time, and also loved the place. The design of the complex made me and my roommate (both females) feel safe, because the parking lot is surrounded by the faces of the buildings - so things are mostly out in the open, and well lit.
