I have been a long time guest at Bedford Plaza Hotel Bedford, Ma for I believe over or close to 6 months. During my tenure here. I find the hotel very clean and the staff very understanding. My continental breakfast add on suggestion would be lower sugar oatmeal, grits and spring water . The Bacon is good. Maintain the excellent work. more

Felt this was well worth my money. And plan to go back again next fall. Very unique location and style ~! You can tell the establishment is working very hard to get improvements done ASAP, has growing & trying to improve ! This is always a good sign! Not at all near the airport...and downtown, but that's what was so nice -- easy to Hiway 95 and that was enough for me! Nice pool, nice food spread each day. Yes, they are working on repairs, but that's life!. What I really liked about this place ..was within immediate walking distance I could get anything I needed. Great Homemade Pizza across the street, a gas station, McDonalds, other eateries & a place to get your nails & hail done. Down the road a bit? Marshalls and TJMax & Staples.... I felt this was really great for those needs at your walking distance!! Had a dead blow dryer ..but All I had to do was ask! Anastacia, "Harry" and "Tom" - the front desk was really nice & tried hard to help in all ways. GM Sal was very open to suggestions. ****nice!~ save money here!!! more

The beds and bathroom were clean. Pool was great! Breakfast was good, the food selection was awesome! The towels were soft and fluffy, and the pillows were big and poufy. The service was good though. more

I had a wonderful stay over at Bedford Plaza Hotel. Being there on a business was very accommodating for me. WI-Fi was available and had a strong connection in my room. The pool was refreshing after a long day in a mtg. And the front desk clerks were very helpful in any needs that i wanted for my room. more

The rooms were tidy and sanitary 2/16/2011

They have indoor parking at no additional cost and a heated indoor pool that was very well-maintained and not over-chlorinated. The rooms were tidy and sanitary, and the staff were professional. All of the rooms border a balcony that overlooks the pool area. more

Great Experience 2/3/2011

Overall Bedford Plaza Hotel was a GREAT experience for me. The rooms were neatly up-kept. The front-desk was very helpful in directing me on what i can do nearby in walking distance. I took a dip inside the in-door swimming pool, one word: AMAZING!! Though it was remodeling it was a good sign that their hotel is expanding. more

The hotel is a short drive from Boston, has a pool, the breakfast was great. The hotel has a court yard on the inside and you get a room overlooking the pool. Chlorine scent did not exist, thank you. more

Very pleasant 1/7/2011

I have stayed at this hotel for a while and each visit is very pleasant . Clean room good staff and love every moment of the hotel . has all the ammmenties from indoor heated pool fully stock bar and very accesbile to good resturants . When I do leave I will miss this place it is a home away from home..Thank you Bedford Plaza Staff for being so helpful more

I liked this hotel, complementary hot breakfast, nice in door swimming pool, free parking, coffee machine was on all night, computer in the eating area to check your e mail, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very nice, had a bar with a pool table more
