Becker was great. We moved from Canandaigua to Rochester. There were two guys that moved all of our stuff for us...and they worked HARD. No breaks, never slowed down. EJ and Mark were great. They said they would be at our place between 8-9 am, they arrived at 8:20. After they loaded up our apartment, they followed me to my storage unit and loaded that up for me as well. Once we got to our new home, they placed things exactly where we asked them to...they even put the things from storage in the basement for us. \r \r I've moved quite a few times and am happy to say that this was a nice experience. You can't beat the price and there are absolutely NO hidden fees/costs. \r \r Thanks, again! more

Just needed a $3000 dollar frig moved. They broke the clip for the bottom vent. Then did't have the toools to take the doors off. I did. Scraped the paint throught the doorway. On the dolly droped it down a half flight of stairs. Damage was done to the wall. I asked the person in charge for an accident report I bought Ins throught them. He walked 10 feet away called his boss I think and said I was being an a--hole. After telling me he would leave it on the side of the road. Finally got it to my house I would not let them bring it inside I did not want the same damage as my sisters house so had it put in the garage unassembled. I refused to pay asked to talk to thier Boss or call the Cops. They did nither. I kicked them off my property. The owner was going to call the next day haven't head a word since. I ask them yesterday if they could move my projection tv from one house to my house. today when they got to my house after picking up the tv I ask them to bring it up stairs to my room theres only 12 steps to the top, when they got close to the top they said sorry we cant do it. I was hoping my mom would want to swap tv s boy that was a bad idea. the cost was $147.00 they couldnt break a 20 so I had to give them $ 160.00 now I'm stuck trying to figure out how im going to bring this thing up stairs more

Had a 3,200 sq ft house plus a finished basement to move across town. Interviewed a few companies, but found the smaller one's trucks maybe a bit small for the job and worried about the results. Becker brought 2 large trucks and 6 guys. I was the type of person who was organized and had the small items boxed and ready to go. It was a lot of work (9 hours) but they did a great job and hustled without stopping even for lunch. I would use them again. more

First they low-balled our move cost to get the business, promoting themselves as capable of any size move. However it became sorely obvious that our 2400 sqft house with a basement was too much for them to handle, and it quickly outgrew their estimate. They ended up sending a 3rd truck to move some last items and also used one of the loaders' pick up trucks to haul some of our stuff to their warehouse for storage. They repacked our items from the "leftover" trucks at the warehouse without telling us.\r They estimated our move to fit into 1.5 of their 28' trucks. It took a 54' trailer (that WE procured) PLUS a 28' straight truck, and instead of 4 men for eight hours, it was 6 men for 12 hours. They damaged almost every piece of wooden furniture we own, for a total of 60 different unique items damaged, several in multiple spots. This include a couple expensive tool items that never showed up at the new house.\r They were gracious enough to knock off 10% of the actual cost for grossly u more

At one time this was a good company but not any more. No care for any bodys things and things come up missing and they say they cant help me. Guys were going through my refridgerator taking food and very rude.Alot of damage, not clean and bed bugs in there trucks. BEWARE>>>> more

These two guys are so hard working, extremely personable and above and beyond all careful with items.. they were a joy to work with...I would highly recommend them!!! They stopped at my sons, then his girlfriends and then to the new house with no problem.. Highly professional..quick too.. they are reasonably priced and deliver exactly the service they say they will! more

We've used Becker Movers each time we've moved over the last several years. They are by far the least expensive movers that we've found, and they do an excellent job. We also used them to move my husband's business recently. Staff is courteous, honest and hard working. more
