Review content:
First they low-balled our move cost to get the business, promoting themselves as capable of any size move. However it became sorely obvious that our 2400 sqft house with a basement was too much for them to handle, and it quickly outgrew their estimate. They ended up sending a 3rd truck to move some last items and also used one of the loaders' pick up trucks to haul some of our stuff to their warehouse for storage. They repacked our items from the "leftover" trucks at the warehouse without telling us.\r
They estimated our move to fit into 1.5 of their 28' trucks. It took a 54' trailer (that WE procured) PLUS a 28' straight truck, and instead of 4 men for eight hours, it was 6 men for 12 hours. They damaged almost every piece of wooden furniture we own, for a total of 60 different unique items damaged, several in multiple spots. This include a couple expensive tool items that never showed up at the new house.\r
