THE BEST AUTO SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THE USA. THE WARRANTY ON MY SUV HAD JUST RAN OUT AND THE A/C QUIT WORKING. I WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED. I EXPECTED A BILL FOR ABOUT $900 AND UP. TO MY SURPRISE MY SERVICE ADVISER CALLED ME AND SAID SHE HAD DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH HER MANAGER WHO THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER FOR ASSISTANCE. HE SUCCEEDED IN GETTING MY AC REPAIRED FOR A $100 DEDUCTIBLE AND THE MANUFACTURER PAID THE DIFFERENCE WHICH WAS ABOUT $500. I WAS CALLED AND UPDATED BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY , MY SERVICE ADVISER EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL OF THE ONGOING STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. I AM A DOCTOR AND I AM USUALLY VERY BUSY AND HARD TO REACH. BUT MY SERVICE ADVISER REACHED ME AND EVEN FOLLOWED UP TWO DAYS AFTER I HAD PICKED UP MY VEHICLE. BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE I WENT AND PURCHASED A NEW SUV FOR MY WIFE. I HAVE USED THIS DEALER EVER SINCE. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY COMMENDABLE. more

I just purchased a GMC Crewcab and I want to relate the experience I had with one of your dealers. I must say this was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had with an automobile dealer. There was absolutely no pressure and they did everything they promised to do. I had a damaged tailgate and i took it back a few days later, and after seeing it, they took care of it immediately. The salesman, Toby O. was very courteous and allowed me to drive the vehicle without an employee accompaning me. This is unheard of today and i really appreciated the trust they placed in me. Toby didnt even ask for my driver's License. He also sent me a thank you card. Thaddeus C. the fleet manager took care of closing the deal and, he too, was svery cooperative and didnt give me a lot of double talk on not being able to do this or that. Pete T. the general manager also did a follow up with an email thanking me for my purchase. I also talked with Mr. Beck, and he too, ask if i was being taken care of. Yes this has been a very pleasant experience so far, and i have no reason to believe at this time, that anything will change in the future. I can't say enough about this dealership.
