I am writing to express my gratitude to the staff at Beck and Masten for a wonderful car buying experience. My previous car was totaled in a major accident, and buying a new car in a one day was stressful situation that I dreaded. However, Toby Ohnesorge and others (as well as the great looking LaCrosse) made the event unexpectedly enjoyable.\r

On a rainy Tuesday morning, I stopped by Beck and Masten before 9:00 simply to pass time before going to other auto dealership. At that time, computer research and “visual appeal” had narrowed my search to Infiniti G34 or Hyundai Genesis. On the lot, I was eyeing the LaCrosse when Toby came out in the rain and asked if I needed assistance. Soon, I was tests driving a car I had not remotely considered.. And loving it!\r

Throughout the process, Toby was simply wonderful. He redefines the “car salesman” stereotype. Toby blends personal attention and professional knowledge in a manner that is comforting and straight –forward. As a forever pharmaceutical sales trainer and manager, I feel Toby exemplifies the best qualities of an effective salesperson. I was most impressed with his ability to LISTEN and RESPOND to both my specific as well as implied needs. Although very thorough in product knowledge, he was calm and followed up on questions in which he was not certain. As I started earlier, I was stressed, passing time, and ready to buy another make of vehicle that day. Toby’s genuine approach, as well as an unexpectedly min-blowing vehicle, made a dreaded decision process over in a matter of 1 ½ hours!!! Furthermore, although several “snags” and “bumps in the road” occurred before delivery, Toby was there to get the situation corrected while maintain constant communication with me. I now proudly drive the best looking LaCrosse CXS in Houston!\r

I also had the pleasure of meeting J. Beck, Jamie and Manie (Service), Shannon (Financing) and Carrie (Aftermarket), as well as others at your dealership. I was treated very well by all, which only reinforced the car-buying decision that Toby and Buick had begun.\r

I look forward to (and expect) continued excellent service at Beck and Masten GMC/Buick. Finally, I am confident I will be referring others to Toby in the future. When people see my White Diamond Buick and hear of my pleasant buying experience, I am certain others will want to drive the (second, etc) best looking LaCrosse in Houston!\r
