I am new to the neighborhood and I had just come back from the mountains. My car was so dirty I decided to stop at Bears Carwash to get it cleaned. I had never been there before soI thought I would give it a try. When I pulled in I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen. He looked at my car and gave me some options that were best for my car. I left my car, he had recommended a mini detail it was really dirty inside and out.\r When I returned 1 1/2 hrs later I barely recognized my car. They had done such a terriffic job. I will recommend Bears Carwash to everyone I know. more

paid $20 for a wash, had to ask for a towel so I could wipe the dirt off my truck. Associates too much in a hurry to do a good job. Don't know why there are customers lined up all the time more

They broke a part of my car after vacuuming it. Four weeks later they have not replaced the part after the owner and manager promised. more

I just want to say what an awsome experience I had at Bear's Car wash & Detail Center. From the moment I drove in. I was greeted by a gentlemen that was very helpful with going over each service they offered. I chose the wash I wanted and the service advisor pointed out some minor scratches on my car, he told me the detail shop could buff them out, so I had them do it. When I went inside to pay the cashier was very bubbly and friendly. When my car was done it looked better then when I purchased it. This was my first time at Bear's Car Wash. I was so impressed by the customer service and how knowledgeable everyone was that I went home and started recommending Bear's to my family and friends. It is nice to go to a place of business where everyone is so genuinely nice. more

I bought a Living Social Deal to Bear's, and it was really a great deal. When I took my car in at 7:30am for the interior and exterior detail, I pulled my car up to where the lines would be and turned it off to find someone. The person I talked to was rude and talked to me like I was a burden. He told me I had my car in the wrong place and he would ""have"" to move it. I have never been there before, so how would I KNOW where to put my car? I then had to find the detail manager to tell him what to do and he had NO knowledge (or pretended not to have any) of the Living Social Deal and so looked at me like I was some kind of idiot, whch I did NOT appreciate. I get tired of service companies thinking they can treat paying customers the way they do. They did a FANTASTIC job on my car, but wayyyyyyyyyy need attitude adjustments. Yeah. more

Went in for the ""Free"" #11th car wash that I was told about the previous visit - the super dupper one ($20) one, but when I tried to tell this to the 1st sales woman, I receive a tirade of pitchman dialog in my face nonstop, when I ask if I could talk the woman walked off in a huff- I went inside & ask for a manager ( think I got the Janitor) who informed me that it was up the women I talked with to determine the customers needs---- Not enough space to finish this nightmare story-- more

I had my car washed at bears a few times in the past, but I was surprised by what happened the otherday. I have a new truck, that had new scratches, on the hood and the back. I was very mad, at first, after 3 managers came by and each lended a hand they recommended, I walk through their faciltiy, to get a look at their equipment. I did, and still didnt understand how those scratches came about. After 20 minutes or so, one of the managers grabbed my car, and took it to the detail center. They buffed out the scratches, and recomended I keep an eye out for something touching the car, so I went home that night, and sure emough the neibors cat was waking on my car. I aprreciate how knowledgable tjhe staff was and helpful when I had a problem , and didn;t hang me out to dry. I do recommend Bears to anyone looking for a quality wash and quality service, from quality people, who do care, I have used their detail center a few times since, for scratches, and a couple of stains on my seats, and have been happy everytime,. I recently sold a car I had detailed with them, because of how detailed it was from the engine to the carpets to the paint. Great Job Pros: Friendly, Smart, Product knowledge, Service knowledge. I visit Bears once and awhile,now for a few years. I am always very impressed, on how knowledgable, the staff is when it comes to car wash and detail services. I have taken and recommend Bears to a lot of my friends who have enjoyed the work, which at times is apples to oranges, compared to others, around the city,. I know that when they say its about time for a wax, or detail, they are sure of it, because they have all my information, and have even given me free washes, for visiting. The detailing packages start off at 89.95, and you have the choice of watching them through every step, from shampooing to waxing. Every time I visit I notice how much effort they put into each car , they are truly serious when It comes down to the customers, and there cars. spent $109.00 on detail and they forgot to do my entire back seats. I left my truck there and came back 4 hours later, then found they did not do the back, had to wait another hour and a half to get my truck and still was not a great detailed job. will never use them again. i went in for a wash. the lady was pretty rude shover menu in my face. after the was and my truck was all dry, there was something spilled all over my hood wiped across the front and spilled down both fenders. when i told them they asked me if i was sure i did not have a bra on my hood. for real?? then they asked me if i was sure i didnt spill coffee down my hood. so pretty much they aid that this spill was not from them it was from me. but before the wash it was not there hummmm. i argued with them then they finally took the time to buff it out. not to mention that they buffed through the paint in some spots. great work bears. i went back today for another wash and the same lady looked at my hood and said oh nothing on it this time. i told her whatever it was was on the windshield also then she replied with"" you must be smoking cr@ck. we dont have any thing that will do that."" then she said wouldnt wanna do that again all in a smart off tone. very rude people. even the person that cashes you out. she is really grumpy and never smiles just looks mad. i would not recommend this place to any body unless you like to be around rude grumpy people. don not go there. Terrible job. The first guy that shoves the ""menu"" through the window, couldn't get off of the cell phone long enough to talk to us. The use grease pencil on your windows to mark what ""menu"" item you've chosen. The rinse didn't get all of the soap off, they closed my snow brush in the door and broke it, after vacuuming they put all the matts back in upside down. They used the tire shine on the right side only and totally forgot the other side. They didn't put the seats back where they had been and all of the mirrors (inside and out) were readjusted. I was recommended here by a friend. I rolled up about 1pm on a weekday. They estimated 1.5 hours. ok. It took them till 4pm. They never came to tell me it was taking longer. They dropped the can of wax on my car and it left a claw shaped scratch. They used some type of cleaner on my leather seats that left a white residue on my seats when they dried. I will never go back! Pros: Very polite. Cons: Took too long. Quality was poor. more
