I had my car washed at bears a few times in the past, but I was surprised by what happened the otherday. I have a new truck, that had new scratches, on the hood and the back. I was very mad, at first, after 3 managers came by and each lended a hand they recommended, I walk through their faciltiy, to get a look at their equipment. I did, and still didnt understand how those scratches came about. After 20 minutes or so, one of the managers grabbed my car, and took it to the detail center. They buffed out the scratches, and recomended I keep an eye out for something touching the car, so I went home that night, and sure emough the neibors cat was waking on my car. I aprreciate how knowledgable tjhe staff was and helpful when I had a problem , and didn;t hang me out to dry. I do recommend Bears to anyone looking for a quality wash and quality service, from quality people, who do care, I have used their detail center a few times since, for scratches, and a couple of stains on my seats, and have been happy everytime,. I recently sold a car I had detailed with them, because of how detailed it was from the engine to the carpets to the paint. Great Job
