I bought a Living Social Deal to Bear's, and it was really a great deal. When I took my car in at 7:30am for the interior and exterior detail, I pulled my car up to where the lines would be and turned it off to find someone. The person I talked to was rude and talked to me like I was a burden. He told me I had my car in the wrong place and he would ""have"" to move it. I have never been there before, so how would I KNOW where to put my car? I then had to find the detail manager to tell him what to do and he had NO knowledge (or pretended not to have any) of the Living Social Deal and so looked at me like I was some kind of idiot, whch I did NOT appreciate. I get tired of service companies thinking they can treat paying customers the way they do. They did a FANTASTIC job on my car, but wayyyyyyyyyy need attitude adjustments. Yeah.
