Best

Love this store. I go here almost everytime I'm in Broken Arrow. The store offers a good selection of clothing and none of it looks like crap. I buy my kids summer clothes here. O...

Worst

Go to Platos Closet or really any other place instead! First off the place had a stench to it, it can only imagine what the clothes would smell like if I had purchased any. Whats ...

\r IF YOU WISH TO CONSIGN HERE. let me tell you just a few things. If you start an account and all your items are tagged.... if one of your tags fall off your item. Guess who puts her name on that clothing and gets to keep the profit herself. The owner Tracy Beers. It is a little tag with a ""2"" on it.\r I have worked for this company for almost three years and have a lot to say about the owner Tracy. Working with her I realized it was like working with a teenage girl. She is very immature and talks about every employee of hers behind their back. Want to know how I know? Because These girls are my closest friends. She also trash talks alot of her customers to me. I can even name them off the top of my head. \r IF YOU WANT TO APPLY HERE: you are wasting your time especially if you are a male because she throws away any application that is a males. Tracy also didn't hire a girl because she is pregnant. She told me to my face. Which is also against the law. \r She also has us follow around hispanics that come into the store just because of their race. Because she is too cheap to get real cameras installed. \r I finally after almost 3 years quit. Because this owner went through my personal belongings and read messages on my phone from my husband.\r \r She can't keep good employees because she has double standards throughout her store. She has no written policy and makes up her rules daily to fit her need. \r \r WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY PAYCHECK THE OWNER REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. I told her I WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR WHEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP LIKE A COWARD. THE POLICE ASKED US TO LEAVE AND SAID I COULD TAKE HER TO COURT.\r \r If your looking for a place that steals what's rightfully yours you have found the place bear lee new clothing. 91st and aspen broken arrow. \r more

Rarely write reviews for shops I visit, but after my terrible experience at this place I feel others should be warned. The people working in this place are just as rude and unhelpful as others have posted here. I could hear two rather immature girls talking about me as I was shopping. The atmosphere is no better than a goodwill store but with much higher priced items. I was interested in a purse I saw until I picked it up and could see where the purse strap had been retied together to give the impression it was still in perfect shape. I found many more items in similar shape that looked good at first until I inspected it better and found holes, stains, missing parts, and obvious imperfections. Not everything was in bad condition, but it felt more like work than fun to go through this place in search of clean, stylish clothes in good shape. I don't have enough time to do that. I also don't enjoy shopping at a store where the people snicker and gossip about me as I'm going about my own business. I've read other reviews here and see that I'm not the only one this has happened to so I wonder why this store is ran this way. There are much better second hand shops in Broken Arrow and Tulsa where the people are helpful and nice and the items are much better to. Bearlee New needs NEW management and a new attitude to keep customers instead of offending us. more

In response to Rebekah's ""review,"" I believe her credibility went way down when the owners had to call the police to have her and her mother removed from property. more

Thank you Tracy 1/16/2012

I love it when the owner, Tracy is in the store. She is so sweet. I went in with a bunch of my mothers clothes today, she passed away about a month ago. They could not accept all of the clothes, but Tracy talked to me about donating them.... and she was right. Someone could use them, they were in good condition ~ just not ""new"". I stood there and cried letting go of them. I appreciated the sympathy and consideration rec'd during the situation. I have gone to the store for years. I suggest those of you that don't like the younger girls that work there...speak directly to Tracy, you will get results. more
