Rarely write reviews for shops I visit, but after my terrible experience at this place I feel others should be warned. The people working in this place are just as rude and unhelpful as others have posted here. I could hear two rather immature girls talking about me as I was shopping. The atmosphere is no better than a goodwill store but with much higher priced items. I was interested in a purse I saw until I picked it up and could see where the purse strap had been retied together to give the impression it was still in perfect shape. I found many more items in similar shape that looked good at first until I inspected it better and found holes, stains, missing parts, and obvious imperfections. Not everything was in bad condition, but it felt more like work than fun to go through this place in search of clean, stylish clothes in good shape. I don't have enough time to do that. I also don't enjoy shopping at a store where the people snicker and gossip about me as I'm going about my own business. I've read other reviews here and see that I'm not the only one this has happened to so I wonder why this store is ran this way. There are much better second hand shops in Broken Arrow and Tulsa where the people are helpful and nice and the items are much better to. Bearlee New needs NEW management and a new attitude to keep customers instead of offending us.
