Rich and John performed a saftey inspection on my electrical system they informed me of a couple of issues it was nice knowing what need to be fixed they took care of a few things...

Outdoor Ceiling Fan intallastion 8/10/2016

Brandon and Tim form Beacon Electrical did an excellent job installing our outdoor fan on our deck! After we told them what we wanted, they took the time to explain to me all of our options. After choosing the best option for us ,they were professional and courteous while performing the work. They pulled all of the permits for us and scheduled the final inspection. When the inspector examined and inspected everything, he said " they did a great job for you guys!" The inspection passed with not problem. We will use them again for any electrical work we need done in the future! more

Very happy with the company. Great service right from the beginning to the end. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and Will T, the service tech was polite and explained everything. I will definitely use this company again. more

electrical evaluation 7/28/2016

We had Bob M evaluate why we started to receive much higher electrical bills than in the past. Bob did an excellent evaluation and wrote a letter that we will submit to our power company to help argue our case for a new meter. Bob explained everything clearly in person and in writing for the requested letter as well as made a referral for other services that we needed. We will definitely use Beacon Electrical Services again. 5 stars! Shavaun W. more

Great service, fair pricing, we're very happy! 7/18/2016

We had an issue with some outlets due to recent electrical storms. Beacon was able to get here and take care of the issue on the same day. Will T was the technician. He was prompt, let us know when he was on the way, was friendly and gave us some good information on diagnosing this type of issue in the future. I would definitely refer them and will call them again if we have any issues. more

Service Visit 7/8/2016

I received service from Beacon Electrical Services, specifically Will Tanner. He had a partner, sorry I didn't get his name, but this is for him as well. Work was well done, no mess, rapid service and two of the nicest service professionals from who I have ever had the pleasure to receive service. This is my second encounter with Beacon and I would highly recommend their services. more

Great, prompt, responsive service 6/20/2016

Diedre set up my appointment, and kept me updated on the time frame. She was very courteous and helpful. When Bob arrived to do the work, she had filled him in completely. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a simple job, but he took great care to explain what he was doing and why, and to alert me to other potential problems without being pushy or overbearing about it. Will use Beacon again and recommend to friends. more

Beacon Electrical Services reivew 6/19/2016

Bob Marcou of Beacon Electrical called ahead, arrived on time, and quickly fixed my problem, which was replacing a faulty dimmer switch for 5 lights. While working, Bob explained to me what he was doing, supplied a matching replacement switch, and adjusted one of the sockets. He fixed my problem quickly and competently, the first time, and was cheerful and helpful throughout. Price was reasonable. I couldn't ask for more. I'll call Beacon again for electrical system repairs, no question! more

Beacon Attic Fan install 6/18/2016

Bob and Will were professional and efficient. Bob walked me through the entire process and explained how everything was going to work. From making sure the fan was aesthetically placed to making sure that the electrical connection were correctly and easily made. I was also very impressed how Bob included Will in all aspects of the install demonstrating the "Beacon Way" of install. I would definitely recommend Beacon to anyone who wants quality electrical work done. more

Ceiling fan install 6/1/2016

All that you would expect from a professional! 5/26/2016

I received great service start to finish with Beacon Electrical. All staff and personnel were friendly, courteous, and very prompt. When I asked to make changes to our quote, they were very accomodating. Day of service, the technician called half an hour before arrival, wore protective booties in the house, and cleaned up both inside and outside where caused dust and debris. Work time seemed to be efficient. more

Electric Meter Box Modification 2/23/2016

Lloyd participated in the modification of my Dominion Virginia Power meter box as part of a team sent by Dominion to resolve my claim against Dominion Virginia Power. There was no cost to me for this service. At the conclusion, Lloyd made concrete suggestions for me to consider which could improve my satisfaction with the performance of my home power system and my reserve standby generator. Lloyd was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant to work with and very neat. more

Excellent work 12/31/2015

The team at Beacon was excellent to work with. They scheduled our estimate promptly and Mike spent a great deal of time going through our work requests and prepared an immediate estimate for our review. Their scheduling team fit us in for a large panel replacement job within a few days. Mike was the technician and was prompt, courteous, professional, tidy and efficient. I was impressed with not only the quality of work, but the easy communication with both Mike and the office. Would highly recommend. more
