Rich and John performed a saftey inspection on my electrical system they informed me of a couple of issues it was nice knowing what need to be fixed they took care of a few things...

Initially, the dispatcher told us that we need to re-schedule another appointment because the technician would not be able to come due to tied up with other job. When Jordan found out that our home was without heat when the temperature was cold and we had young children in the house. He contacted us and came to replace the circuit breaker after his work. I am very appreciated of what he did to help restore heat for us. Thank you very much Jordan. more

Great Customer Service 11/5/2016

Recently needed a floor outlet and switch re-wired and scheduled service. Service tech Jordan was fantastic! Explained what needed to be done and why and provided quote. After repair, took the time to also look at my electrical panel. Found out that I had a major safety issue in that the wire screws had not been torqued in quite a few years and were loose. Provided the additional quote and then offered to go ahead and stay to do the work if I wanted it done then, rather than having someone come out a second time. Jordan's knowledge and customer service skills are definitely an asset to Beach electrical! Will call upon them again to do work in the future. more

Excellent service! 11/2/2016

Thayne Murphy provided excellent service on 2 November. He performed annual maintance on my whole house backup generator and checked it for proper functioning. Additionally he removed the dining room chandilear and installed another one that we had removed three years previously. He was on time, courteous, and thoroughly knowledgeable of his work. more

Excellent Service 9/29/2016

Deirdre helped me with my appointments first for an estimate and then for the actual schedule for the work to be done--she was friendly and very professional. The technicians, Brandon and Dan called to give me time of arrival and arrived as stated and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up all debris and left the work area tidy. Very professional, cost was a little high but compared to other companies, well worth the cost of hanging two foyer chandeliers--job well done. more

Review for Jordan G and Brandon L 9/27/2016

These two gentlemen were very professional and personable while replacing all my smoke and CO2 detectors. They did everything needed to complete the job, even making a second trip to the store when one of the new detectors' battery died. I was a little shocked at the price for the work, but I guess you get what you pay for. more

Service Technician 9/24/2016

Brandon Lewis called on his way to our home, arrived at the time he had given me, gave a warm greeting and began working within minutes after his arrival. He preformed all of the necessary work, kept our home in perfect order, removed all trash and showed us electrical hazards that we were not aware of in our home. Brandon did an excellent job and we would be happy to recommend him to our friends and neighbors. more

Efficient, Polite and Professional 9/8/2016

As a previous customer of Beacon Electrical Services, I didn't hesitate to call them again, when we had an unexpected electrical problem (unrelated to our previous repairs!). Brandon arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and repaired the problem. Brandon was polite, professional and clearly explained the problem - - as well as educating me about a related issue. He was conscientious about wearing his protective shoe-covering in our home, was easy to talk to, and was he kind to our cat. Bonus points! I highly recommend Brandon for your electrical repair needs. more

Restored Electric to Shed 9/8/2016

I called Beacon Electrical Service because I lost all electrical service to my shed. Brandon Lewis came out and found that I had a defective GFI outlet and that the internal wiring needed to be up graded. He fixed the problems expeditiously, and in a professional and courteous manner. He also cleaned up the work area when he was done. I am very satisfied with the work and will use Beacon Electrical Services on future needs. more

Ceiling Fan install 8/24/2016

Will was very professional, called prior to arrival. Took the extra step to ensure that during the install he did not damage the room. Tested and explained how to use the remote function of the fan. more

Excellent Service 8/19/2016

Will Tanner was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We had an out of date fluorescent bulb installation in a recessed area of our ceiling which had started cutting off for long periods of time. He correctly diagnosed and explained what would be involved in repairing/replacing such an old installation. This led us to deciding that a new unit was called for. His installation was accomplished quickly, he cleaned up carefully, and based on our dealings with Will I would definitely contact Beacon in the future. more
