We had Bob M evaluate why we started to receive much higher electrical bills than in the past. Bob did an excellent evaluation and wrote a letter that we will submit to our power company to help argue our case for a new meter. Bob explained everything clearly in person and in writing for the requested letter as well as made a referral for other services that we needed.
