Will Tanner was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We had an out of date fluorescent bulb installation in a recessed area of our ceiling which had started cutting off for long periods of time. He correctly diagnosed and explained what would be involved in repairing/replacing such an old installation. This led us to deciding that a new unit was called for. His installation was accomplished quickly, he cleaned up carefully, and based on our dealings with Will I would definitely contact Beacon in the future.
