We were extremely impressed with who assisted us with buying a 2010 Explorer Sports Trac recently. He is low key, non-pressured, very straight forward and indeed a professional who tells it like it is inspiring the trust needed for consumers to enter into auto purchases. I am glad we found this "gem" of an individual with whom we would certainly contact again in the future and recommend, without reservation, to others. Great going!!!!!!! Other dealers can certainly take some pointers from you!!!! more

We were extremely impressed with who assisted us with buying a 2010 Explorer Sports Trac recently. He is low key, non-pressured, very straight forward and indeed a professional who tells it like it is inspiring the trust needed for consumers to enter into auto purchases. I am glad we found this "gem" of an individual with whom we would certainly contact again in the future and recommend, without reservation, to others. Great going!!!!!!! About 2 weeks before I bought my car, I had stopped by Baystate to have a look around and test drive a few cars. When I meet salesman, I explained my intent and the type of car I was looking for, and without any pressure at all, he showed to a few cars that we thought fit my needs and let me take them out for a test drive.After deciding to go with a Ford vehicle, I went back to Baystate because of the great service I got and met another salesman who patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered everything to the best of his knowledge, and if he didn't know where I could go for the answers. When I had decided on a car, salesman worked with me on the price and never once did I feel shortened on the price.I would recommend both of them to anyone! more

The minute I walked in the door I was greeted and introduced to the salesman that would be helping me. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. And after a couple of test drives and me being very stubborn, Kevin showed me just what I needed and love!! Not at one minute did I feel like I was dealing with a car salesman, but more like a friend. I would highly recommend Bay State Ford and Kevin Hegarty. I will definitely be returning there in the future to purchase my next vehicle!! Thank you Kevin!! :) more

I had a great experience at Baystate Ford. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes, and the car is immaculate! Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend salesman to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. He was efficient and very professional - he did whatever he could to get the deal done. This is the best dealership to deal with I bought a new Edge from them a few months ago and the experience was very pleasant. The sales staff and finance department were vey easy to deal with. I recommended this dealership to everyone. more

Poor Business Pratices 6/11/2011

We were interested in a Nissan Versa (2009) and were quoted (via email) a price of $8977. We emailed back clarification of this price because saw on the internet that the price was $8477-with a trade-in or $3500 cash down and we were confused. Again we were told (via email) that the price would be $8477 as long as we printed out and brought in copies of the internet ad. We were also told that the internet specialist had checked with the sales professional regarding this price. When we went to purchase the vehicle, we were told the price was $11,900 non-negotiable. After explaining and showing all our emails back and forth, the bottom line was that they were not honoring the price that we were quoted. But we were told that the internet specialist would be fired and that she had in fact done this before. more

Friendly place 5/26/2011

My experience at Bay State Ford in South Easton MA was great. Everyone there was friendly, the place was nice and clean, and Chuck Jones was great. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well. more
