Everyone there was friendly 5/10/2011

My experience at Bay State Ford in South Easton MA was great. Everyone there was friendly, the place was nice and clean, and Chuck Jones was great. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well. more

Appreciate the service 4/27/2011

I have to admit- I pretty much hold a stereotypical attitude towards salesmen in general. And i certainly held true when i visited other car dealerships during my search for a vehicle earl this year. However, i have to say that your salesman Jeff Ribak was very courteous in dealing with me and not to pushy-which i appreciated. And the woman who processed the financial paperwork(i apologize-i do not remember her name)- she was very friendly and explained every aspect of extra warranty and insurance options that i might find helpful in the long run. Also-when i returned the same week to request an extra key and have my rear view mirror adjusted, the manager Brett Douglas was professional and accommodating without hesitating- the mark of a successful business person. I just wanted to send a letter to say how much i appreciate the service i have received so far. Let me say that Baystate is not the closest Ford dealer to where i live but because of the positive first impressions i have of your facility- i plan to continue traveling to Easton to have my car serviced. more

I asked Kevin to make my car buying experience as quick and painless as possible. We were able to reach an agreement in 15 minutes. There was no going back and forth between him and the numbers guy. The longest part of my visit was the paperwork. I would not only recommend this dealership, but go see Kevin, he is a great guy! more

No pressure what so ever 4/1/2011

I recently purchased a F150 from Baystate Ford. My salesperson, Jeff, I don't remember his last name, was awesome! There was no pressure what so ever and he even talked me out of a vehicle because he didnt think I needed it. I originally went in to buy and F250 but after talking with Jeff we decided that there really wasn't any reason to spend the extra cash....is this guy a salesperson? I don't think so! I'm very happy with my truck and highly recommend calling this company and talking to Jeff. more

No pressure at all! 3/30/2011

About 2 weeks before I bought my car, I had stopped by Baystate to have a look around and test drive a few cars. When I meet Kevin, I explained my intent and the type of car I was looking for, and without any pressure at all, he showed to a few cars that we thought fit my needs and let me take them out for a test drive.After deciding to go with a Ford vehicle, I went back to Baystate because of the great service I got and met Gerry who patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered everything to the best of his knowledge, and if he didn't know where I could go for the answers. When I had decided on a car, Gerry worked with me on the price and never once did I feel shortened on the price.I would recommend both of them to anyone! more

I will definitely be returning 3/23/2011

The minute I walked in the door I was greeted and introduced to the salesman that would be helping me. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. And after a couple of test drives and me being very stubborn, Kevin showed me just what I needed and love!! Not at one minute did I feel like I was dealing with a car salesman, but more like a friend. I would highly recommend Bay State Ford and Kevin Hegarty. I will definitely be returning there in the future to purchase my next vehicle!! more

Quick and friendly 3/7/2011

I placed an Internet request for a quote and the dealer returned my call the next morning. I called back on my lunch hour and talked with the said sales person to work out a price that would work for me. He returned my call within a few hours with a price that I would be willing to pay. The next day another local dealer met Kevin's price and Kevin worked with me to better meet my needs in order to make the sale. I was very satisfied with the attention, service and timeliness of the entire process. more

Impressed 1/26/2011

We were extremely impressed with Kevin Hagerty who assisted us with buying a 2010 Explorer Sports Trac recently. He is low key, non-pressured, very straight forward and indeed a professional who tells it like it is inspiring the trust needed for consumers to enter into auto purchases. I am glad we found this "gem" of an individual with whom we would certainly contact again in the future and recommend, without reservation, to others. Great going Kevin!!!!!!! Other dealers can certainly take some pointers from you!!!! more

I had a great experience at Baystate Ford. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes, and the car is immaculate! Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating to my needs.
