About 2 weeks before I bought my car, I had stopped by Baystate to have a look around and test drive a few cars. When I meet salesman, I explained my intent and the type of car I was looking for, and without any pressure at all, he showed to a few cars that we thought fit my needs and let me take them out for a test drive.After deciding to go with a Ford vehicle, I went back to Baystate because of the great service I got and met another salesman who patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered everything to the best of his knowledge, and if he didn't know where I could go for the answers. When I had decided on a car, salesman worked with me on the price and never once did I feel shortened on the price.I would recommend both of them to anyone!
