Access to Care 11/22/2010

I am a 42 year old patient who had a great experience at Baylor Medical. I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was called in to be seen after arriving at the facility. Then after I was in the room, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by a doctor. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the courtesy of the person who scheduled my appointment was outstanding. This was great experience and I would recommend this staff of doctors to anyone looking for superb medical care and customer service. more

I think Baylor is the Best! 7/8/2009

There is real heart at Baylor that our family has not found at other hospitals! It's that extra mile taken, the easy smile and compassionate care that makes it the only place to go for our health needs in the metroplex for our family! Great docs! Great nurses! more

Great ER Room (Well, that's my experience) 4/16/2006

My daughter had a first earache at 12 months. I took her to the ER at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. The registration area was not clearly marked. But after finding it and filling up the paperwork we waited. I’ve been in places where we’ve waited longer so I didn’t complain. There were nursing students that attempted to administer medicine to my daughter. They were unsuccessful but my daughter is quite tough. The head nurse was nice and doctors were prompt and attentive. I took my daugther to the hospital during a time when Hurricane Katrina victims were being shipped to the hospital. I was impressed that the staff was still able to maintain their cool. more
