Review content:
My daughter had a first earache at 12 months. I took her to the ER at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. The registration area was not clearly marked. But after finding it and filling up the paperwork we waited. I’ve been in places where we’ve waited longer so I didn’t complain. There were nursing students that attempted to administer medicine to my daughter. They were unsuccessful but my daughter is quite tough. The head nurse was nice and doctors were prompt and attentive. I took my daugther to the hospital during a time when Hurricane Katrina victims were being shipped to the hospital. I was impressed that the staff was still able to maintain their cool.
