Baycrest Animal Clinic

Wow! It is so wonderful to finally find a vet clinic that my pets love to go to. The staff at Baycrest were amazing. From the first time calling making an appointment they showed they truly cared about me and my pets. The doctor was down to earth and explained things that made it easy to understand. Even though they were extremely busy, the doctors and techs took the time to discuss and answer all of my many concerns and questions. I would highly recommend this clinic hands down to any and all of my friends. more

I spent years taking all three of my dogs to her but will never make that mistake again.\r \r I could tell that one of my dogs wasn't feeling ok. I dropped him off before work and left him with Dr. Morgan all day only to have her send him home with me, telling me she didn't see anything wrong with him. I immediately could tell he still wasn't ok and brought him back the very next day only to have her clinic send him home once again after another full day.\r \r After a few more days I decided to take him to another Vet and after only an hour they rushed him into surgery. He ended up having a large tumor in his intestines.\r \r I immediately call Dr. Morgan and requested that she refund my money, over $500, mainly due to her misdiagnosis of my dog and the extra pain he had to endure. Not to mention that half of the money was due to me having to bring him back the 2nd day for nothing. She said she did nothing wrong and refused to do anything. I refuted the charge with AMEX but she rebutted it and was still able to keep my money. \r \r In my opinion she either doesn't know what she is doing or she only cares about the money (Maybe a little of both). more

I have been going to this vet for 10 years. they have done sugery on 3 of my animals, sucessfully. I loved the. I took in a stray cat who has a hernia and need to have surgery after charging me $246.00 to tell me he needs surgery they give me a quote of $496-550.00. I ask they if they can give me a payment plan which included the $246 for the visit plus $200 more right then ( total of $446paid the day of the visit) which is a Tues. I would give them another $200 on Friday ( 3 days later) and the balance paid in a week and they said NO..... My cat could/will die without this surgery. I can not believe that I have been going there for over 10 years and have never not paid my bills they could/would not do this. I learned sadly today that they do not care about the animal they only care about the money. I now need to find a new vet who will put the animal first....... more

I have been going to Dr Morgan for more than a year. She comes into the exam room and immediately starts playing with my dog- this is how she accomplishes the exams AND the shots. Pros: Awesome Dr, great prices, friendly staff Cons: there aren't any cons more
