I spent years taking all three of my dogs to her but will never make that mistake again.\r

I could tell that one of my dogs wasn't feeling ok. I dropped him off before work and left him with Dr. Morgan all day only to have her send him home with me, telling me she didn't see anything wrong with him. I immediately could tell he still wasn't ok and brought him back the very next day only to have her clinic send him home once again after another full day.\r

After a few more days I decided to take him to another Vet and after only an hour they rushed him into surgery. He ended up having a large tumor in his intestines.\r

I immediately call Dr. Morgan and requested that she refund my money, over $500, mainly due to her misdiagnosis of my dog and the extra pain he had to endure. Not to mention that half of the money was due to me having to bring him back the 2nd day for nothing. She said she did nothing wrong and refused to do anything. I refuted the charge with AMEX but she rebutted it and was still able to keep my money. \r

In my opinion she either doesn't know what she is doing or she only cares about the money (Maybe a little of both).
