They go the extra mile. 5/17/2011

I've been using Bay Restorators for five of six years to clean carpets. They are really responsible with time frames, and always complete their work by the deadline. I am very happy with them. They go the extra mile and are responsible. I have really come to trust them to get the work done. more

Good end result and product, but tough to meet deadlines and follow up with. 5/12/2011

Bay Restorators did a good job as far as the end result and the end product. But there was a lot of delay and the deadlines were not met. It was also very tough following up with them, either on the phone, or in person. It just seemed like they were taking on more projects than they were able to handle. Once they were here, they didn't slack off or anything, and they did a really great job. more
