Bay Restorators did a good job as far as the end result and the end product. But there was a lot of delay and the deadlines were not met. It was also very tough following up with them, either on the phone, or in person. It just seemed like they were taking on more projects than they were able to handle. Once they were here, they didn't slack off or anything, and they did a really great job.
