Recall Part Replacement 6/6/2013

Waited in-house for recall part to be replaced. Part was defective; no other parts in stock. I have to make a second trip. Staff was cordial and apologetic, but it's still time wasted...and frustrating. I hope the Parts Department has more than one in stock when I return to have it replaced. more
