I would recommend this place. However I was NOT satisfied with the lack of knowledge from the parts dept. I was inquiring about a adapter/charger to charge my iphone for my car and the person at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. Then when I spoke to someone else about it they had SOME knowledge. I ended up purchasing the adapter only to find out it does not work. I have my receipt and will bring this back, but if no one can help me with this adapter or give me a straight answer, I will be getting very discouraged with KIA more

It, became, a wonderful experience 7/16/2013

I was somewhat upset when I dropped my car off. My apt was in the computer for Sept of 2013 so the man was a bit upset. I told the manager of the service about this as the woman who made my apt was rude to me. Thank you for letting me share my experience there as it was wonderful when I purchased this car. more

My service improved from my previous visit, and I was very pleased to have a request honored during this visit that was not followed through at a previous visit. The customer care representative, Kim, stuck to her word after I expressed some concerns during my previous visit, and I was very grateful.
