BEWARE!!! I hired this guy to do an extermination. He hired a subcontractor without telling me, had the subcontractor do the job and then stiffed him. As a homeowner you're obligated to make sure the subcontractor is paid. The sub tried to put a lien on my house but luckily they missed the deadline. He also pushes for money up front. Do not use this guy, he's very very shady.
Pros: the subcontractor did a great job
Cons: he wants money up front, won't provide a contract, and defrauds the subcontractor putting homeowner at risk
