I've been a member for three years and I've never had a complaint until now. They are creating two levels of personal training, the ""Elite"" and ""Master"". My personal trainer, who I've had for three years, is considered a ""Master"" and I will now have to pay $500 more for a 30 session set if I want to keep training with her. Other than that, the facilities are great, I have a few favorite teachers (yoga and spin) which makes my workouts more interesting, and you can't beat the parking (lots of spaces, free for 2 hours). Plus it's only 5 minutes away from where I live.
Pros: easy parking, spacious, varied classes
Cons: expensive, expensive, expensive
