A couple of months ago, I went to Bay Cities Auto Body for windshield damage. They knew exactly what to look for and contacted the dealership to get prices very quickly which allowed me to contact my insurance company. They went and ordered parts in advance, which really expedited the process. I only used a rental car for one day. They kept the price based on what they originally estimated and finished early. It was a fantastic experience.They're honest and do exactly what they say they will do. They went beyond my expectations. more

Professionalism, Service, Well-Done!! 2/14/2012

Bay Cities is the only place I go for auto body repair needs. They do great work. Your car comes back looking better than it did before it was damaged. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to the customer. I highly recommend Bay Cities. PS being able to log in a computer and watch your car being repaired is comforting. more

the day i took my car to bay cities auto repair shop .has been great they have been every helpful.and my car is looking just as it was before my accident .all the staff is every kind and answered all my questions .about my car i will refer them to my friends and family.and anyone else that want great service .just ask for dan.he handled everything for me.thank you all for helping my and my car get safely on the road again. more

Basically, Bay Cities Auto Body handled everything for us. It was an insurance claim. They took the car in, dealt with the insurance directly, and made it very simple for us. Max Hooper more
